Cosmic Funk is quite repetitive, but the groove here is very powerful. The song displays a very warm and obvioulsy funky bassline with atmospheric fuzzy guitar bits on top, some would say in a "Bootsy Collins" way. Ooh, I forgot ... do I have to say that this was written & arranged by legendary Tommy Stewart? Both versions are nearly exactly the same.
