A great record! I Can't Stop is a nice disco funk track supported by top notch orchestration. The formula is quite classic with the break in the middle of the track, followed by the bassline, then the guitar etc. with the melody that gradually comes back. I just love it!
I Get A Kick, initially written by Cole Porter as I Get a Kick Out of You has more pace, disco with a love boat feeling. Some might prefer this typical disco song.
The sound quality of the record is excellent.

KAPLAN nailed it. That is exactly what this is. It is a strong TEN in my scale from 1-10. The prototype DISCO CLASSIC, that is what this is. It is too bad that John Davis stopped doing his thing, he would have been my favorite artist of all time. If you don't buy that, look at my other reviews of JOHN DAVIS' music. I am tired of writing such great things about him!!!!
