Oh, I get it GREAT SCOTT!! Cute! I take pride in everything I write, after all that is now what I do. The best thing about writing is when you actually know what you are talking about , it makes putting it down on paper very easy, like deejaying once you've mastered it. Two of my biggest passions of my life are DISCO(its music, existence, its lifestyle) and writing(being able to get your thoughts properly on paper, or here in the space of the computer) I try to TALK with you, that is how I communicate, sometimes easier said then done. As an educated, both in schools and the streets, former deejay/remixer, I love to TALK SHOP about what I did for over twenty years. There are no better memories than those when I got paid for the privilege of doing something I would have done for free. But once I found out someone would PAY me for it, I never did it free in public again! What a great life it was to be a DISCO deejay!! The music, the drugs, the SEX. There was plenty for everybody, no-matter your preference. Thanks for the nice words, much appreciated. I hope you continue to enjoy. Now if you look closely, I call myself, I am called, the VYNIL Junkie, the spelled wrong VYNIL gives me individuality from all other VINYL junkies. But the operative word is VINYL, I love it, I am like a Heroin junkie, except that it is vinyl that I shot into my soul. I just became computer literate in December, still in the process of relocating into the twenty-first century, I decided that it was time to leave the seventies and eighties behind at last! Later!

How about if I tell you that THIS is my favorite JOHN DAVIS Album! So far all I've done is rave about all his records, so what remains to be said about my favorite? PLENTY! In late 1975, John dropped off two test pressing of this album at The COPACABANA, I immediately played every song on it, mixing them all together, sounding like one incredibly long record. It was around 11:30, just starting to cook, and the Dance Floor wasn't full yet. As soon as I mixed in I'VE GOT YOU UNDER MY SKIN, the dancers started to come to the floor, it was HUSTLE time. The floor was completely full by the time I mixed IN THE STILL OF THE NIGHT. One by one I played each song. No-one left the floor, my night started strong, thanks to this fantastic LP. I played it every night for almost two years. Every song! JOHN DAVIS was fascinated by how my crowd loved his music. I was honored and humbled by this great talent. Take a guess what this LP gets on my scale from 1-10?? Of course this DISCO CLASSIC gets a TEN!!! This is one of my ALL-TIME FAVORITES!!!!
