Most achieved LP by John Davis under the John Davis & the Monster Orchestra trademark. This LP produced two singles: "Bourgie Bourgie", and "Holler/Love Magic". One of the best tracks, "Bourgie Bourgie", was in fact an instrumental track first released on Ashford & Simpson's "Send It" LP. They will provide lyrics alongside with Davis on this version, in my opinion the better one.

"That's What I Get" was also released as 12".
John Davis' best album.

I think he has also co-operated on more song releases,he I think worked with more than one band and one some songs are missing here!

They provide the lyrics as you mention Chris ....and Ashford & Simpson provide vocals for Bourgie Bourgie as well ....
WHEN IT'S RIGHT FOR LOVE should have been extended on 12".
Easily one of my favorite track off the Lp.
