Producer, Arranger and Conductor: John Davis.
Executive Producer: Sam Weiss.
Vocals on "Bourgie Bourgie": Nick Ashford, Valerie Simpson, and John Davis
Side 1:
1. Baby, I've Got It / 5:38
2. Bourgie', Bourgie' / 6:12
3. That's What I Get / 6:55
Side 2:
1. When It's Right For Love / 4:14
2. Holler / 5:36
3. Love Magic / 7:43
Most achieved LP by John Davis under the John Davis & the Monster Orchestra trademark. This LP produced two singles: "Bourgie Bourgie", and "Holler/Love Magic". One of the best tracks, "Bourgie Bourgie", was in fact an instrumental track first released on Ashford & Simpson's "Send It" LP. They will provide lyrics alongside with Davis on this version, in my opinion the better one.

WHEN IT'S RIGHT FOR LOVE should have been extended on 12".
