MUSIC COLLECTOR NOTES ON THIS VINYL RECORD ALBUM / SINGLE:

I knew Deodato's music when one of his tracks (Peter Gun) was included in one of the CD disco dance compilations that i got when i started to collect disco music on cd. It was a pleasure to find this lp cause i knew that just to see Deodato on the cover is a guarantee of good music, even that not everything is disco or dance music, i found in this record the beautiful song Adam's hotel one of my favorites 70s songs that i used to hear when i was a child :)and the reason to buy this record, besides this 2 tracks you get also the track 1 "Moonlight serenade" that its excellent to hear or slow dance too, "peter gun" composed by Henry Mancini (that obviously reminds me the Pink Panther cartoons) in a single version, an this version of "I shot the sheriff" of course in his own particular style, and the track St. Louis Blues recorded live.

Artists like Deodato were better known for records like this that includes most of their hits ["Lo Mejor De" (The Best Of)]in México rather than their full lps. and together with Demi Roussos, Bee Gees and Eric Carmen made of the 70s mornings something that last forever in our memories.
