What a wonderful song by Elaine Overholt! When I received this record as a gift from a loved friend, I couldn't imagine how his father got it, they're not people that listen to this kind of music, somehow they have it, and the records were abandoned with a lot of other old stuff, he picked it up with other titles and gave it to me, when i played the record (that you can see is very old and damaged) i fell in love with this track, as soon it started to play i started to dance :)
I wanted "to eat" the record when i heard the instrumental version!!! (my favorite one), it is longer and has no comparison with the version of Kelly Marie (even that is a very good one too), those violins, bass rythm and the precious background choirs make me really fly and polish the floor with my feet (lol):)
If you know a lp or a cd compilation or anything you may know about this singer and song please let me know :), the record is dated 1978, at that time i never heard about it :(
