The was a big, NY hit back in 1977!
One of my favorites!
This is the song which brought disco into another realm! It expresses so much of what 70's disco music is all about - it lives on today! So many younger music-lovers are influenced by this cut.
I have ReStructured the song at www.restructuremix.com - if you are interested, give it a listen.

LET'S ALL CHANT was being played in New York DISCOS as early as the summer of 1976. I had a one-sided 12" version of it that had no label on it what-so-ever. Only the title and artist scratched into the vinyl itself. Michael Zaeger and John Davis gave it to me while I was at The Copacabana. I instantly played it in the PRIME TIME hours every night for the next 18 months!! A great mix record, it lent itself for fabulous remixes. Who could ever forget that FRENCH HORN!! A true DISCO CLASSIC, it should be mentioned in every conversation about the very BEST DISCO RECORD EVER!! Of course it gets a TEN on my scale from 1-10.
You'll never be heard if you don't post...
