The Main Ingredient's 'Reggae Disco' is laboured cod Carribean Disco lite and therefore mentions Calypso and Soca too, with a riff from 'The Peanut Vendor' thrown in for good measure. But tucked away on the flip side is 'Everything Man', the same great song as sung by Daybreak on Patirck Adams label, but taken slightly faster and with different writer credits.
