The debut LP by Universal Robot Band had also an European edition in 1977 on the French Panther, a sublabel of Carrere. Anyway, it's completelly different from the US copy, from which it saves only the title track. The B side includes the great "Making Love" by Sammy Gordon and three soul tracks, but you have to check the A side, where you can find the two cuts which worth the price of the album.
"Thyme" is a very nice instrumental version of Marta Acuna's Dance Dance Dance..."Disco Boogie Woman" (different from the track with the same title written by Carmichael for Rozza & Wine) is an explosive disco funk track with proto house elements.
There's a vocal version of Disco Boogie Woman on the Pam Todd LP on Shyrlden with a different title (Can't Hold This Feeling), but the instrumental version featured here is definitively better.
This original copy of the album is very very rare, but it has been recently reissued.
