MUSIC REVIEW & RECORD COLLECTOR NOTES

Here's a nice DJ mixer / plate that came out in 1983 by California's JDC Record's. It was put together by Jim Callon who was best known for his work with the Glass Family and the owner of JDC.

It is mainly percussive instrumental edits strung together with an echoed count of 1-1, 2-2, 3-3, 4-4 added between every fourth or fifth song. It ends with a cold echo of "Flashlight" by Rofo.

It features the artists, Fever, Rofo, Electric Funk, Orginal Mass, Bobby Davenport, Ann Joy, Two Man Sound, The Trammps and Lime.

Later volumes/editions were released, but this one appears to be the first as it has no volume number.
