Sweet Cream had a widely played Disco hit with "I Don't Know What I'd Do (If You Ever Left Me)" in 1977 on the small Bareback label, which was run by Stephen Metz who also ran Midland / Midsong.
Sweet Cream is a classic that is required in any Disco record collection and is not to be confused with the group Philly Cream although sort of in the same vein as First Choice.
