Ohio Players first LP for Mercury was undoubtedly the finest of their superb funk offerings of the mid seventies. This established them as one of the predominent funk artists of the disco era.
"Skin Tight" ranks as one of the top funk numbers of all time and "Heaven Must Be Like This" is one of my favourite ballads.
This album peaked at Number 1 on the Billboard Black Album Charts and Number 11 on the Pop Album charts
