This original release on this local Miami Label did very well in the city’s dance floors and this popularity led to a 1979 remix and wider release on TK Records ( TKD-152)
Hustle dancers especially loved “Hey Love” because of its “Miami Latin Disco” style that was at the time very trendy and performed nightly by numerous local live groups around the City.

Feb 23, 2009 | 4:49 pmI can't remember her last name. I meet her in the summer of 1980. Whirl wind romance ensued. She had an apartment in Miami Lakes and lived with a room mate. I recall she worked for Bellsouth at the time. She will always have a special place in my heart. I bumped into her a few years after at a fitness club in the Gables(Sportsrooms,)where she moon lighted as a fitness instructor. Lost touch after that. Would love to know her where abouts as I DID HER WRONG AND WOULD LIKE TO SET THINGS RIGHT.
