MUSIC REVIEW & RECORD COLLECTOR NOTES

Silver Bird was the original name of the group we all know as Silver Convention, and this rare single of “Save Me” was the first song recorded and released by producer Michael Kunse and arranger Silvester Levay before renaming the group.

“Save Me” and the mega hit follow up “Fly Robin fly” are both credited with introducing a new revolutionary European sound to the Discothèques of the world that later in the late 70's evolved into what became known as “Disco Music."
