MUSIC REVIEW & RECORD COLLECTOR NOTES

This is the extended long version of "Get Off Your Seat And Jam," a catchy funky jam that was tailor made for doing the Bump, a popular dance craze sweeping America in the mid seventies.

It is also worth noting that this rare single is a significant example of how the "Disco" label was first introduced to identified the extended Mix of any dance record, as clearly this is a heavy funky piece without any resemblance what so ever to what later became known as "Disco Music."
