MUSIC REVIEW & RECORD COLLECTOR NOTES

This is the original Fania release of LTG Exchange’s cover of this club hit previously performed by Folk/Soft Rock recording star Carole King, later in the late 70’s a 12” single was issued including both this single plus an extended edit clocking at 6:30.

Fania Records was a predominantly N.Y.C. Latin Music label that released a few other influential Proto-Disco hits during the early years of the Discotheque phenomenon including “Waterbed” a second hit by LTG Express.

Both “Corazon” and “Waterbed” are listed at number 476 on the disc-o-la fortune 500 Discotheque songs of the '70s chart.
