David Naughton had more then his fifteen minutes of fame. He is more famous for his Dr. Pepper commercials than anything else he has done. And that was a Television Series and a HIT DISCO CLASSIC!! But it was those,"You're A Pepper" commercials that we remember him from. MAKIN IT was the name of his short-lived sit-com on ABC during 1979-80, he sang the shows Theme Song, and The Disco style song became a HIT!! Fantastic introduction, excellent Vocals, and better than average production. That is what made this song so big, sure his "Star" status helped, but it had to be good anyhow?? RIGHT!!??But within a year, everyone stopped playing MAKIN IT, including ABC!! All that was left was "YOU'RE A PEPPER,TOO! On my scale from 1-10, it gets a 10.
