"Baise Moi - Kiss Me" by Pam Todd is very Philly-like and a keeper. Grab this Pam Todd record if you can find it. Todd had an earlier hit with "Let's Get Together" in 1977 that also appears on this "Together" album.
The full group name is Pam Todd & Gold Bullion Band, but they also went under the name, Pam Todd & Love Exchange for their "Making Love" single.
