Strutt is a group of musicians all hailing from New Jersey. It numbers eight elements (six musicians and two vocalists) and was formed in 1973 by Carmen Cosentino who plays the guitar. As the note on the cover says: "Strutt was organized to present to the world a new creative individual sound - The New Jersey Sound"
We prefer two cuts.
"Time Moves On" says something with Willie Bridges soprano solo-Frank Portolano on organ is outstanding-Eddie Walker is very steady on bass with the violin section and horns playing counter melody.
"Front Row Romeo" is a funky-disco ditty featuring the solid trombone of Joe Escobar-lead vocalist Dickie Harman.
