Caroline was the voice of Hamilton Bohannon's mega hit "Let's start the dance" amongst others. To return the favour, Bohannon produced two solo albums for Caroline, this being the first.

The tracks on this LP are a mix of funk and soul, although "A Nice Feeling" is a pleasant mid-tempo disco groove.
