The artists were only commenting on society's atitude towards other groups and their intolerences. Featured here is the uncensored version. One of my top 100's. Seems like 1979 and 1980 were "Ace" years for classic disco. Radio played a different version than the uncut 12" There were some prejudicial overtones. The radio version dubbed in "where upper class people stay"

KID CREOLE wrote and produced this record, and if you believe the rumors, Michael Jackson was also involved somehow?? DISCO CLASSIC? Of Course it is!! One of the best of all-time!! Loved mixing it, using two copies, I would give it a extended mix, and everything was great with the world!! Very energetic song, great instrumentation. On my scale from 1-10, of course it gets a 10.
