Written by the same duo who did "Dancin'" by Grey Hanks and produced by Bobby Martin who also produced Barbara Roy with Ecstasy, Passion and Pain.
Jeffrey Osbourne was a member of L.T.D. until he left the group in the early 1980's to go solo.
