I love DR HOOK, he was funny, made some unusual music. He scored a commercial success with WHEN YOU'RE IN LOVE WITH A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN. He was right! You have to watch out. Been there, done that! I actually played this song for a while in 1979-80 for a group of Homestead Rednecks that used to come to the CROWN in Kendall. I enjoyed playing it. Far from a DISCO record, it couldn't be played all the time, and never between 10PM and 3AM. On my scale from 1-10 I give the album a 5. I give WHEN YOU'RE IN LOVE WITH A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN a 10.
