MUSIC REVIEW & RECORD COLLECTOR NOTES

The second LP for Aquarian Dream, again produced by Norman Connors. The stand-out track on this LP is "You're a Star", which was also released on 12 inch single, and even made the lower reaches of the UK pop charts.

The music varies between funk (Play It For Me..), disco and jazz-funk, including a cover version of Herbie Hancock's "Gentle Thoughts" from his 1976 LP "Secrets".

This is a genius, under-acclaimed album. Killer tracks that stand out most would be: "Friends", "Yesterday", "Do you realize", "Gentle thoughts", and "Fantasy". A must have, along with the rest of this group's work...
