An acclaimed jazz-funk/disco LP, this was the first of three LPs for Aquarian Dream.
It contains the much-sampled "Phoenix", which has also been issued on many recent disco CD compilations, but all the songs are great on this LP.
Surely a candidate for a full CD reissue someday, this LP is otherwise quite pricey on eBay/GEMM and the like.

Having bought this LP during the frenzy that took me when I discovered Aquarian Dream, that prompted me to buy anything by the group as well as Norman Connors, this is the single album that I didn't go crazy for. "Chance to Dance", and more so: "Fantasy" were revelations; this one left me cold.
Then I recently started hearing seemingly unknown tracks by the band, and wondering where they came from: "Phoenix", "Treat me like the one you love", "Look Ahead", and "Let me be the one", only to discover they were all on this LP, that I had all along... Just to say this is an album that grows on you, and that you may have to listen to twice to get into. But once you're into it, there's no going back! I almost added a comment long ago to say how I'd found this LP disappointing. Well, I'm glad I didn't, because my opinion today is quite the opposite. Get it!
