No, I think the times given by discodevil are cumulative. I have a UK copy of this LP and can confirm that the tracks are the same.
i.e. "I don't need a doctor" is 3:52 long, but the time since the start of the side at that point was 10:52. Maybe Bernie can amend the entry to avoid confusion?
