Jul 19, 2004 | 3:04 amone of the best tunes ever. Makes me feel like I'm 18 all over again.... oops, I just gave away my age.........

I must agree with the Cadillac man, "One of the BEST" of the DISCO ERA. That is a FACT! Remember the chanting that the crowd would sing a-along with? I loved the deejay friendly production with a killer introduction and so many different possible mixes. I thought that TONY GREEN was the PRODUCER OF THE YEAR with FRANCE JOLI and FREDDIE JAMES making such an impact. I used two copies, and made it fresh and different nightly, not that it needed my help, but simply because it was fun and exciting. The dance floor never suffered when GET UP AND BOOGIE was played, in fact it always increased the amount of dancers. A true DISCO CLASSIC, that gets a very easy 10.
