Nice hard to find Salsoul Orchestra promo 12" single. The label states the year 1975, but this was released in 1982 when Shep Pettibone was remixing all those salsoul classics. I believe the original version of this song was released as "Chicago Bus Stop" On the Salsoul Orchestra's self titled LP in 1975.
