Rhythm Heritage was a studio band best known for it's classic disco funk treatments of movie and TV themes. Of the three albums they produced this their first, was arguably their best. From this album came their biggest single Theme From S.W.A.T. as well as the slick Baretta's Theme (Keep Your Eye On The Sparrow). Also check out (It's Time To) Boogie Down with its TSOP sound. The album cover expresses one of the all time classic disco images.

Rhythm Heritage was one of my favorite groups/artists of the 70's. Particularly Michael Omartian who continued on to become one the music industry's most prominent producers/musicians after the group's short existance. Does any one know where I can see Rhythm Heritage performance video footage or photos?
