The Blue Magic album was a monster debut for this group in 1974. With a group of all star muscians backing them and their Delfonic/Stylistic sounding vocals they delivered their classic hit "Sideshow" superbly along with other notables such as "Welcome To The Club" and "Stop To Start" and "Just Don't Want To Be Lonely."
The Philly sound shines through on this excellent sounding album. Blue Magic went on to record other albums through the 70's and 80's, but this was their finest and should be in every serious collector's library. It reached #4 on the Billboard Black album charts that year.

A VERY STRONG TEN!! Fantastic album for lovers and others. Very emotional and soulful. I highly recommend this album.
