Side A
Spank (Special Disco Remix 7:00)
Side B
I Wanna Go Home With You (3:55)
Jimmy "Bo" Horne was a resident of the "Sunshine State" of Florida and had a few Disco hits during the 1970's.
This special promo Disco Remix of "Spank" is an all time Disco classic. The Remix is the definitive version to have. Clocks in at 7:00. Check the label carefully because #205 is not the remix version.
"Spank" was produced by R. Smith and Casey & Finch (of K.C. and the Sunshine Band fame). I also have an even rarer version of this as an instrumental which is hot.

Apr 11, 2008 | 10:21 amNow BO had his DISCO CLASSIC here!! After the remix, this record took off. Great response in most clubs, especially BLACK clubs. On my scale from 1-10, it gets a 10.

Vinyl Richie, are we related despite our spelling differences? As for Jimmy"Bo" Horne, living in Miami, I got to see him live at many DISCOS he performed at, during his hay-day. His live show was as outstanding as you could imagine, extremely soul-full and funky. And during the performance of SPANK, would do so to his dancers. Incredible, because he actually SPANKED THEM!!HARD!!
