Super rare, early promo 12" from War of their classic "Low Rider." Sought after for "Heartbeat" a very sampled breakbeat, but the 12" collectors go nuts for the sleeve. Thats the best part of the record. I think this was promo only. Not sure if it was released commercially to the public on a 12 inch.
