Pumpin' Italo disco by Kano. Little heavy for the charts, but great for the dance floors.

Fierce, fiery Eurodisco with vocoder overdub. Lives up to its title from the first note, with hooks good enough to make dancers of the rhyhmically challenged. Big arrangement, big chods, 7 minutes of disco heaven.
To me, "It's a War" and Kano's better-known,"street" hit "I'm Ready" rank with Tantra's "Hills of Katmandu," Jingo's "Thousand-Fingered Man" and Theo Vaness's "Sentimentally It's You" as the best of the last days of disco.
