Lipps, Inc. was formed around Steven Greenberg and Cynthia Johnson who left Prince's band shortly before because she couldn't cope with the sexual explicit lyrics by the purple master. "Funkytown" is their biggest hit. The other tracks are good but not outstanding.

ROCK IT also rocked. But there is too little written here about this. Are DEMAR and I the only ones who ever played anything off this album?? Can't be. On my scale from 1-10, it gets a 9.
