Mar 05, 2008 | 11:10 amWhatever version you played, it packed your dance floor!GLOW OF LOVE was a number 1 song on many charts. A DISCO CLASSIC without a doubt. Easy to mix in and out. Fabulous for remixing. Excellent vocals. What more could you ask for? On my scale from 1-10 it also gets a 10.

Jan 14, 2006 | 5:48 pmNot sure I understand the comment that the lp version is smoother. This is identical to the lp mix except that instead of fading out at 6:11, it continues for another 2 minutes... and we get to hear that sweeping bridge one more time with Luther's soaring vocal bring it to a beautiful, heartfelt conclusion. It is funny - it always seemed to me that the lp version faded out early. And when I finally heard this 12" with what is really the full length version... wow! Warner Bros. sure missed the boat by not including this mix on the Change CD reissue.

Sep 05, 2005 | 12:50 amThis is a fantastic slice from history. It takes me back to 1980 whenever I hear it. Luther's smooth vocals make the track transend others of it's ilk.

Aug 21, 2005 | 5:05 amthis extended remix is not as smooth and excellent as the original album mix, but RARE! think this is one of the more hard to get 12" promos ever....

this version is a classic and is not the same as the lp even being 2 plus minutes longer, the intro is extended, also if u listen carefully to this version luther actually harmonizes on a part that on the lp version is just music, I have had this version since august of 80 i worked in a local record shop in park slope brooklyn, only rarely would u even hear wbls play this version during the songs hey day back in the summer throughout the rest of 1980.
