Dee Dee Sharp Gamble was Kenny Gamble's (co-founder of Philly Intl') wife and sang as backup on many Philly records. She performed the 1960's novelty hit "Mashed Potato Time" and worked with Chubby Checker while at Cameo-Parkway Records.
In 1980 Dee Dee Sharp Gamble got a nice buzz with "Breaking and Enterring" about someone stealing her heart. Very funky and energetic song and worthy of a spin on your turntable if you haven't done so before.
