MUSIC REVIEW & RECORD COLLECTOR NOTES

"Panic" by French Kiss is from the same producer who gave us Arpeggio's "Love and Desire." Simon Soussan was in the clothing business when he first decided to try his hand at Disco and earlier the UK Northern Soul scene.

Is that a bad thing, to be music from the seventies? It was far better than any of the SAMPLED crap that I hear today. Today, they can't be original. What, besides Rock n' Roll is more original then 70's music. Certainly not 80's music, please, forget the 90's! FRENCH KISS was a great DISCO group, and PANIC took over the dance floor. It was, if you pardon the pun, PANIC AT THE DISCO!! On my scale from 1-10, it gets a 9.

Meh...except for the first part of the string rin on the bridge. How summarily 70's!

Simon Soussan (who also wrote for Pattie Brooks and many other disco groups in the 1970's) produced this disco band. "Panic" was a successful song.
