"Tiger Stripes" by Felix is a Nicky Siano production on Sleeping Bag from 1984. "Tiger Stripes" is an eclectic mix of guitar riffs and percussion that is quite intoxicating.

"You Can't Hold Me Down" is similar, but with more soulful vocals to spice things up.

Since Sleeping Bag Records was co-founded by Arthur Russell, I wonder if he had anything to do with this single's production? If you appreciate New York grooves such as Dinosaur ,Loose Joints ,Konk ... then you'll get into this.
