This Argentine LP release is a compilation of Gretchen's first 2 Brazilian LP releases ("My Name is Gretchen", 1979 and "You and me", 1981, both on Building/Copacabana Rs, Brazil).
The producer of the album was Mr. Sam (aka Santiago "Sam" Malnati), and argentine radio & club deejay who found some success in Brazil in late 70's & early 80's releasing his own show compilation albums.
Note: BTW, the name of the Argentine recording company is American Recording (with just one "r"), a short lived label realeasing some records originally by small international labels but with huge success artists like La Flavour and Secret Service
