Destination's album From Beginning To End gave us the huge Disco hit Move On Up, which was a cover of the Curtis Mayfield track from a few years earlier. Brilliant uptempo and lush Disco that can be listened to over and over.
The B side continues with My #1 Request, which uses snippets of the Addams Family TV show theme song to good effect.

Nov 24, 2008 | 7:56 amDefinitely a classic disco Lp where every track is a hit.
Talk about the ultimate party album.
In the 80's - I found a purple vinyl copy for 99 cents in a used record store in Montreal.

Mar 06, 2008 | 4:02 pmNot all promos were on purple vinyl. I received a purple one in the mail from AJ, but a regular one in the Florida Record Pool. This album is a MUST HAVE. It was great, every single minute of it. I really enjoyed THE END, and for about a year, I closed with it. The ADDAMS FAMILY rift was outstanding, it was so perfect. MOVE ON UP was the big hit on this album, but I played parts of it for years. Excellent to remix, and I did plenty of that. It was like a different version nightly, and that helped its longevity. On my scale from 1-10 it is an easy TEN.
