The Scroggins sisters and Tito the conga player known as E.S.G. (Emerald Sapphire and Gold) had a super track called "Moody" on New York's 99 Records in 1982. Very hard to find in good shape on vinyl, but now on CD here .
While this ESG 12 inch single lists "Moody" as being produced by Ed Bahlman, a 1991 Pow Wow CD of ESG songs lists "Moody" as being produced by Martin Hannett.
