This is for the above comment about the "CHILLY" "CD" release. When I wrote that I was so excited about the release I was to quick about it. First it seems that it was not an official release at all but a bootleg. It's not the first time I have been taken in or the last. Sound Quality is just ok. WAIT FOR A TRUE RELEASE FOR TERRIFIC SOUND QUALITY. SORRY GUYS. AG.

Get the 12" of "For Your Love" if you can for the fat-groove sound, but LP has every second of the song.

The Yardbirds' tight classic is jettisoned for an epic, slow-disco scream about failed romance. This is the sort of stretch disco was infamous for botching -- but this wasn't one of those occasions. Sad, deep, and emotionally wrenching, with guitar, synths and a lonely violin played off one another to tremendous effect.
