A French (possibly Canadian) yellow vinyl pressing of "Plug Me To Death" by the Canadian group Erotic Drum Band. I'm assuming French because the speed is listed as "45T" instead of "RPM" though it could just be from Quebec.

Nope, not French. French recordings all had the author's rights "SACEM" mark, like "S.I.A.E." in Italy.
