MUSIC REVIEW & RECORD COLLECTOR NOTES

Hokis Pokis was more of a Philly sound. They also had another hit back in 1976 called "Nowhere," which was very popular.

"Swing" had a real good dance beat to it that was so good they decided to do a dance called the Swing that hit the Philly club scene back in the days of 1976. Though it never hit the charts it had it's own movement in the Philly clubs a big favorite.

I had this record, but I played the flip side,"Get Cha Girl". I remember NOWHERE as well, played that even more.

    I have a copy of "Nowhere" on a Shield 7"-45 #6101 written by J.DiGirolamo.
