Little goody-two-shoes Sheena Easton really took a walk on the wild side in the mid-eighties working with Prince (listed as Alexander Nevermind).
"Strut" was produced by Greg Mathieson who was a session keyboard player who also played on baby 'O's "In the Forest."
Abest of CD including Strut, Sugar Walls, Morning Train (Nine to Five) and more is now available.

I love Sheena Easton so much I married her clone!! When she took this "walk on the wild side" it shocked everyone, not me, I realized what a sensual person she was when I first heard her sing years earlier. STRUT was something she was proud of, she showed it the way she walked in the video. The PRINCE influence was very evident the first time I heard it. Great breaks made a remix a must do!! I also loved that introduction, it let me perform some really extended mixes, that sometimes could last a minute. This was a sure-fire PRIME TIME PLAYER that always added to the Dance Floor. Never saw anyone exit when I played STRUT! On my scale from 1-10 this CLASSIC gets a 10.
