One of Boris Midney's last Disco styled productions from 1983 for his studio group USA-European Connection. Although a bit more urban sounding with a jazz edge, the sound is still Midney-esque with strings and and even more horns. A bit more in the lyrics department also.

This is only a 12 inch single with essentially two songs. Not sure if there was a companion album.
