"Watch Out" was the third album for Atco Records in the US by Barrabas. It includes "Desperately," which received club play at the time and apparently radio airplay in New York via WBLS.

The cover girl is none other than Ellen Michaels who graced the Salsoul Orchestra's "Nice N Nasty" album and the infamous "Christmas Jollies" album.
