Destination
Move On Up / Up Up Up (12")
Butterfly (US) / 1979 / FLY-13934
12" Disco single 33 ⅓ rpm vinyl record
Producer: Elton Farokh Ahi for OF-OZ Productions
Side A
Move On Up/Up Up Up (8:35)
Side B
Destination's Theme (7:28)
Destination was the brainchild of Elton Farokh Ahi who later went on with Stereo Fun Inc. on Moby Dick Records.
"Move On Up" was a cover of the Curtis mayfield classic. This is the Butterfly Records 12" version of "Move On Up," but do yourself a favour and get the LP "From Beginning To End" from which it is taken because it is unedited and in its original form. The songs were segued into suites which flowed on and on.

Nov 05, 2005 | 1:32 amA great, uptempo version of a Curtis Mayfield Classic!

Bernie is right, while this version is great, the Album is much better.
