NOTES ON THIS VINYL RECORD:

In my opinion, one of the best Supremes records ever, and unfortunately, the last. Full steam ahead with the disco sound on this one Driving tracks like You're My Driving Wheel and the Larry Levan favorite "Let Yourself Go" and not to mention the dark-funk of "Come Into My Life". Producer Brian Holland brought the Supremes a powerful, new sound, which unfortunately didn't translate into chart success. All three ladies share lead vocals. An excellent album. which has started to develop a bit of a cult following lately.

Reader Comments on Supremes

This is my favorite LP of all time! "Let Yourself Go", along with the other 7 cuts make this one of the best Supremes LPs in their catalog. This album may soon be released on cd for the very first time in 2005 via Universal's Hip-O Select division!
