The Time along with Morris Day had a huge hit with "Cool" in 1981. I can still remember listening to Frankie Crocker on WBLS introducing this song and playing the whole thing straight through and going, "Wow!" Great lyrics and killer percussion that reminds of Narada Michael Walden. Anothe Prince production in disguise.
